Intuitive eating is a way to eat according to your body's innate knowledge and your own intuition. Rules and guilt are removed, and freedom with food is found when it is practiced.
Mindful eating is a way to increase awareness regarding all aspects of the eating process. A mindful eater observes with a nonjudgmental attitude.
